Breathwork for Self-Healing

Breathwork is a powerful and immediate way to access your body’s innate intelligence & healing ability. Through a trauma-informed approach, and along with 2 hours of EE System immersion, we will gently explore breathing in a conscious manner, moving you out of your head and into your body allowing for REAL transformation to occur.

 

The process of deep & conscious rhythmic breathing is an ancient practice proven to REDUCE stress, ENABLE feelings of love, peace & gratitude, ENHANCE clarity & connection, and is the most effective tool for RELEASING stuck emotions & energy from your nervous system. 

Breathwork is a process that regulates all the systems of the body, creating more capacity & coherence in your nervous system. Moving you out of “FIGHT or FLIGHT” and into the parasympathetic nervous system, Breathwork restores your body to its natural state of wellbeing & centered peace, reducing overall stress and anxiety levels internally.

Nicol Moeller is a U.S. based, 3x certified trauma informed Breathwork Facilitator & Intuitive Somatic Sovereignty Coach. Through the power of Breathwork, as well as a myriad of somatic (body-led) techniques, Nicol supports heart-centered people in moving themselves out of survival and overwhelm into AUTHENTIC wellbeing, clarity, and self-empowered sustainable transformation. Her divine mission is to help people REMEMBER who they really are - one breath at a time. 

 

WHAT TO BRING 

  • Notebook/Journal and Pen/Pencil

  • Eye Mask 

  • Blanket or Throw

  • Water Bottle  

  • Wear comfortable clothing & layers you can easily move in

 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND 

  • We don’t recommend eating and drinking too much within 45 mins of the workshop (a light snack & some water is ok)  

  • Hydrate with plenty of water beginning 24 hours before 

  • PLEASE NOTE: You must complete a mandatory health questionnaire & liability release prior to this workshop and inform us of any major health issues you are experiencing/have experienced in the past. This will be sent out via email from Adobe Acrobat from Nicol Moeller upon booking.
